1st Phorm embarked on a Full NetSuite Implementation with another consulting firm, but the project was left incomplete and in disarray. RESCUE IMPLMENTATION

Salora ERP rescued 1st Phorm’s NetSuite implementation after it was left incomplete by a prior consulting firm. We rebuilt the system from the ground up, addressing critical gaps in workflows, custom roles, and inventory management.

Key achievements included refining the Chart of Accounts, configuring demand planning, and resolving over 130 technical issues. Our team ensured 1st Phorm’s operations were fully integrated with NetSuite, enabling seamless inventory control and accurate financial reporting.

TAILORED OPTIMIZATIONS

To meet 1st Phorm’s unique needs, we integrated Shopify, Amazon Vendor Central, and Authorize.net using Celigo for inventory, payment processing, and fulfillment.

Shipping was streamlined with Easyship, and customer returns were simplified via Narvar. We developed custom reports, such as P&L by channel and package-level shipping details, enabling data-driven decision-making. By stabilizing their NetSuite environment, we empowered 1st Phorm to scale with confidence.
