IMPLEMENTATION OPTIMIZATIONS

Over the years, this engagement evolved into a deep partnership, with Salora ERP delivering extensive customizations, financial automation, and ongoing process enhancements to optimize their NetSuite experience. In 2021, we developed a custom manufacturing dashboard for managers to track production schedules, component usage, and labor assignments.

By 2023, we implemented manufacturing costing and reporting customizations to provide real-time cost insights and improve financial accuracy, alongside a Component Inventory Management Suitelet to streamline component imports and tracking. From 2020 through 2025, we have been enhancing financial and transaction automation, including AP payment automation, PO approval workflows, and sales order PDF customizations to simplify financial processes.

Looking ahead to 2025, we are planning a next-gen manufacturing dashboard that integrates predictive analytics and advanced production tracking to further optimize manufacturing operations.
