Terms and Conditions for RMNSUG Event Raffle Entry
  1. Eligibility:
    • Participants must be members of RMNSUG to enter the raffle.
    • RMNSUG sponsors and their employees are eligible to participate.
  2. Entry Deadline:
    • Entries will be accepted until the end of the meeting on [Date], at 12:00 PM MST/MDT.
  3. Participation Limit:
    • Participants may only win once.
  4. Drawing and Winner Notification:
    • The drawing will occur on [Date], either on the day of the meeting or shortly after.
    • Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
